Informativa sulla privacy

Who we are

fielder.shop ("we", "us") is operated by Artur Wojtal, Wał Miedzeszyński 474K, 03-994 Warszawa, Poland. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at artur.wojtal@gmail.com.

What information we collect

When you browse the store, place an order, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Contact and order details you provide at checkout: name, email, delivery address, phone number (if given).
  • Payment information, processed directly by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay) - we do not see or store full card numbers.
  • Technical and usage data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (device type, browser, pages viewed, general location), used to operate the store, keep your cart working, and understand how the site is used.

How we use it

  • To process and deliver your order, and communicate with you about it (necessary to perform our contract with you).
  • To respond to questions you send us (necessary to perform the contract, or our legitimate interest in customer support).
  • To keep the store secure and working correctly, and to understand overall usage of the site (our legitimate interest).
  • To send you marketing emails, only if you've actively signed up for them - you can unsubscribe at any time (based on your consent).

Who we share it with

We use Shopify to run this store; Shopify processes personal data on our behalf to provide hosting, checkout, and payments (see Shopify's own privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users). Orders are shipped directly by our suppliers, so your name, address and order details are shared with the relevant supplier or fulfilment partner solely to deliver your order. Some of these fulfilment partners are located outside the European Economic Area; where that's the case, we rely on the safeguards built into Shopify's and our suppliers' data processing agreements.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not currently run third-party advertising trackers (such as ad pixels) on this store. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep order and customer data for as long as needed to fulfil your order, meet accounting and tax obligations, and handle any warranty or dispute - generally for the period required by Polish law. If you've signed up to marketing emails, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • Ask us to delete your data, where we're not required to keep it (for example, for tax records);
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Receive your data in a portable format;
  • Withdraw consent at any time for anything based on consent (such as marketing emails).

To exercise any of these rights, email artur.wojtal@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl), or with the supervisory authority in your own EU country of residence.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the shopping cart, checkout, and basic site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the store - like the cart - from working properly.

Children

This store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
