These terms govern your use of fielder.shop and any purchase you make from Fielder, operated by Artur Wojtal ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. The store & products

Fielder sells pet accessories online. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour or detail may occur. Prices are shown in EUR and are the final price shown at checkout.

2. Orders & contract

Displaying products on the store is an invitation for you to order, not a binding offer from us. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order - for example because of a pricing error, a stock issue, or suspected fraud - and will refund any payment already taken.

3. Prices & payment

The total price, including any delivery costs, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is processed by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay); we never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Items are shipped directly from our suppliers, so delivery times can vary by product and destination. Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout or on the product page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered.

5. Right of withdrawal & returns

If you're an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details, the model withdrawal form, and how refunds work are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Warranty & liability

Your statutory warranty rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by these terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Fielder name, logo, and the text, images and design of this store belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may browse and use the store for your own personal shopping; you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use this store lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent. We may refuse service or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect misuse.

9. Privacy

Personal information you give us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. Changes apply from the date they are posted.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the EU country where you live. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
